The Dungannon Development Commission, Inc. has implemented a new program for the elderly and disabled. The program is called DDC Caring Program and is available to people who are age 55 and older and/or disabled that live in Scott County. There are income restrictions that apply. The program is geared toward assisting with Spring Cleaning and Yard Work for people who are unable to do these task for themselves. Applicants must supply proof of income along with proof of age or a doctors referral for proof of disability.
